History

We are present in Australia for decades.

Since 1975 the company is trading in Australia as part of the MAN Group Germany, a leading manufacturer of industrial plant and equipment under the names MAN GHH Australia and MAN IPS Australia.

Due to global company restructuring in Sept. 2001 the activities of MAN IPS were transferred by management buyout into a privately owned IPS Australia.

The year 2008 started with major changes at IPS Australia. A contract for the sale of 70% of the shares in IPS Australia to Ferrostaal AG was signed in January. The remaining 30% are held by Managing Director Mr. Erich Roth.
