The IPS Australia workshop was purpose built for the repair and service of rotating equipment. With a highly competent team they are able to provide a complete solution in house thus keeping very tight control of quality and costs.

A brief summary of the workshop capabilities include:

• Dynamic balancing to 8t weight (5350 mm between bearings, 2100mm swing)
• Turning and grinding to 6m between centres and 1.6m swing
• Heating to 650°c in programmable oven (internal size 2.1m X 1.6m X 0.9m)
• MIG (pulse) welding
• Glass bead blasting in 20' containerised unit
• Overhead crane to 10t capacity
• Horizontal and vertical boring and milling
